I forgot about that! Yeah, I mean... I don't want to sound cocky, like "my fave is special." But they favor her so much. They nominated a live performance of one of her songs (a performance that happened while she was having vocal issues), and it won over artists like Kelly Clarkson. They do favor her to an extent, and she's the biggest artist in the world. They would get such bad press if they declined an offer for her to perform, and as it is, they're not going to; they know damn well she'd bring in ratings, and they love her.

Technically there is, but they make exceptions for it ALL THE TIME. They don't enforce it at all.
