1) I did, and how disconcerting to see the love affair go sour so quickly! THEBLUESWITHIN strikes again. Rain is a great way to start a show though. Imagine her emerging from the shadows to those opening strains.

I think the Rebel Heart tour is an indication of what's to come -- mind you she could always go HUGE and grandiose again, but I think the MDNA tour took a toll on her physically that she wasn't used to. By the end of it she was exhausted. She's in insane shape obviously but at some point she'll naturally slow down, and she started that on the RHT, where instead of being extremely physical and intricate it was spontaneous and warm.

If Madonna went on a joint tour with one other musical act, who would you guys want it to be? It can't be like Yo Yo Ma where he just sits in the back playing the cello and she sings all night. It has to be a popular music artist who will get as much lead stage performance time as Madonna with their own songs, and they'll also be singing together at least four times.

I really couldn't see anyone who could be on stage with her, including Prince. Mostly because he discography is all over the place it's hard to find someone who also compliments her.

Tbh, even someone like Michael or Beyonce who's a performer onstage I wouldn't want. Madonna is really a show stealer and even duets with another legend like Stevie Wonder I'm still glued to watching her.

I often wonder how that proposed joint tour with Prince may have worked out had it not been vetoed. I agree that she's more than enough on her own. Madonna brings a full show. She could stand and sing in one spot for two hours and still dwarf the sun with her star power.

Depending on when the idea was proposed it might not have been too far out. Like if it was up to Ray of Light I could see Prince rearranging some of her tracks to match his style and to the sound of Ray of Light.
