The rap songs that do better on Spotify are trap-influenced, and Phenomenal isn't. Additionally, I don't think Phenomenal is really getting a single push, but I might be wrong.

It actually isn't getting a single push. It has less than 2 million streams. 
Anyway, it is just a soundtrack song and Eminem simply released without promoting it.

On Sunday UF! got around 4.4M YouTube streams WW including fan fan-uploaded videos.
I think total US video streams should equal ~4.8 - 5.0M + audio streams from Spotify/Deezer/Tidal.
