Kinda crazy how you can manage to have the promotional ballad for the biggest movie unadjusted for inflation (Avatar) AND have a promotional single for one of the biggest and most anticipated games of that same year (Final Flop XIII) and still have a label make messy decisions and poor singles right after. What kind of bipolar management?
this song is still so enchanting damn near a decade later.
Iconic song and video. She was around 16 at the time of its release I believe, and she had some serious pipes. Am bummed she was overlooked.

Leona Lewis lucked out with Bleeding Love tbh. That song is a literal pop masterpiece, probably the best pop ballad of the millennium thus far.

Truly the Gaga of football
Both had three successful eras (Spain: Euro 2008, WC 2010, Euro 2012; Gaga: The Fame, TFM, BTW) before a tragic downfall (Spain: WC 2014; Gaga: ARTPOP)
Oh no, I live for My Hands. Just saying it's really kinda crazy because Square Enix gave her all kinds of promo (literally every ad and commercial had her singing it) and Avatar speaks for itself.
Ironically, My Hands was one of the best parts of FFXIII.
But then, it's kinda crazy how Avatar is mostly forgotten so quickly too. Titanic wins overall to this day (though Gone With The Wind still beats them all hihi). Poor Avatar, hopefully the sequels work out for it.

Well I forgot all about her involvement with Avatar and Final Fantasy all these years until it was brought up just now

It was the first mediocre film to become #1 of all-time.
