Avril's last two singles have been mediocre on the charts, and isn't even RELEVAND to the industry at this point (especially with these 3 BLAH singles she's released from her new CD), while Nelly Furtado released a good album with "Loose"; but like Rico mentioned; she Is a cop out. She had to completely veer away from the material that was on "Whoa..Nelly" & "Folklore" to appeal to mainstream Pop music.

So why start a war between a irrelevant pop artist, and a sell out? Exactly. Either way, Nelly Furtado would win.

lol they're actually both sellouts because Girlfriend is completely the opposite of what avril did on her first album. I like Avril alot more now though because she's not as pissy as she used to be and she seems more down to earth.

As for Nelly, i didnt really pay attention to Nelly after her first album and i think Loose is her best album so all in all, they both sold out for the better in my opinion

He is right that Avril is kind of irrelevant. I mean if she left the music business would there be a huge "OMG"? Not really. She is good, has good music, but she's not too relevant.
