No, I wouldn't be here for a reality show. At this point, I personally want Hilary to be taken seriously with all aspects of her career and a reality show would just ruin that completely.

I disagree with that Averypants. There's a lot of trash in reality TV but there's treasure too. Hilary is already known for being a classy, admired, stand-up bitch and her show would be no different.
Selfishly I want a Hilary reality show. Always have always will. "This is Now" was just frigging awesome. More please. Much more!! With more of her family and personal life. Omg I'd die happy.

just stop please!, ''This Is Now'' was epic for me even though it was short, I love each episode. one of the best things about the Dignity era for me... I mean I think Hilary did a good job promoting the record.. Worldwide Tour, lots of TV Shows, Outstanding videos... obviously HR wasn't interested on the project maybe that's the reason of the lack of radio-play... which I think it's beyond important for promo giving the album that push.

I just don't see the point in Hilary doing a reality show at this point in her career when she is starting to get back into music and then she has the TV deal, it would be a complete step backwards for her. I wouldn't mind her doing a special to promote the album but as far as a weekly reality show it would just be weird. I think Hilary should keep her privacy for herself, her marriage and Luca while she can.
Right now, I am all about Hilary and her doing what's best for her career and a reality show just doesn't seem like the right business move, to me, for her to be making.

My thoughts exactly at the moment she has a chance to be on network TV and FOX is number 2 in the ratings so for her to get a deal like this and end up on a reality show would just be plain stupid.

I can see what you are saying now actually because people often get famous from only having a reality show and not having "real talent" (ie. Kardashians) and they aren't taken seriously. Or it's people who were once talented and very successful, fell out of the spotlight, and try a reality show as an attempt to become relevant and successful again (ie. Tori Spelling and her droves of shows).
Yeah I guess for Hilary's career right now she doesn't need it, and I know she values her privacy and personal life. Selfishly though, I would love to get a regular peek at her personal life. I would eat that **** right up. Maybe her and I could make a compromise and she can set up surveillance cameras in her house for me to watch at my own free will. That's more than fair I think.

Here's the thing. A reality show can be both good and bad. Bad = If too much of your personal life is thrown into the mix and you are doing it for the sake of a reality show rather than to promote projects. It can be great, if as I mentioned before, it's used for the purpose of promoting a long term project. Personally, as it's been so long since she last released an album, I think it'd be a good idea for that purpose.
However, I believe her 20th Century Fox contract doesn't allow her to sign a long term deal with another production company so that's not something we have to worry about.

The worldwide tour would have been noteworthy if they were still promoting the album at the time. But the Dignity era was effectively over in July 2007.
HWR started off smart. They sent the single out for adds early and it was doing well. Since radio mostly catered to Rhythmic & Rap at the time it was kind of hard to get her airplay and they didn't work to hard after the first few weeks. They DID make that flawless rhythmic remix but they never promoted it.
But when they killed Stranger's adds a week before it was due to go for adds, I was livid. Or how about when she co-hosted the TCA's but didn't perform.

Oh yeah that's an interesting balance... have a show ABOUT becoming mainstream again, and use it as a promotional piece rather than a cheap attempt at fame. That'd be nice. What if Fox gave her a reality show about creating her fictional show?! hahah oh my. I am not too picky at this point really, I'm just gonna be happy she'll be on my tv screen soon in some form!

Going to have to agree with Avery on this one, I could see a special to introduce the new album/music. Just not a full time series kind of thing, I personally think she wouldn't want Luca in that kind of spotlight. It may be too much too soon.
I wish she would be a little more open about the things she's doing as of now, so were not guessing. Like tweet that she was going to be a judge on Project Runway, like she did for the nickelodeon show.

She may tweet about it on Wednesday or Thursday, I have never watched that show before so I am really interested in seeing the whole format and of course what the queen has to say about the clothes that the designers make.

Yeah, I would love it if her first official single from the album is released around April 16, 2013. Though I'ma still need that teaser single at the end of this year.
Then she can release the album in July, promote in all countries that month and shoot her new series in August.

In 2008 I was at the CDFA when Hilary and Michael Kors were there together I was there working so I had to he professional and not be a stan it was really hard lol. But one of the interns I worked the event with knew Michael Kors's assistant, cause they lived in the same building, well anyway we were having a quick cigarette break, and I was asking him questions about, Hilary like if she was a bitch he told me she's really sweet, but she knows how to make really witty bitchy comments, and that Michael and Hilary were actually quite close. It's really not a interesting story, but that was the closest I've been to the Queen the only other time was front row on her Dignity tour and it kind of has to do with her being a guest on Project Runway.

I am hoping, as her produer Mitch Allan said we'd get some new music by the end of the year. Well at least hear it! I think if anyone he's one of our best sources, since he's working with her on the new album plus he worked with her on Dignity.
He pretty much confirmed it to us, cause he sounded very assuring with what he tweeted me.
