This kind of attitude always bothered me. Because, do you realize how detrimental this is to the transgender community? A community who has been trying for ages to fight the "they're just men wanting to be little girls" stigma placed on us? This man obviously has mental issues and no, just saying "we should all just accept her guys stop being mean :/" isn't helping any sort of cause.

Not everyone who is transgender is a pillar or positive image for the community. Not only does he pose as a negative image for transgender MTF, but he also abandoned his own family with CHILDREN.

All I'm saying is, you're making the argument that one does not simply identify as a different age, the same exact thing was said about one does not simply get feel attracted to the same gender, one does not simply identify as a different gender, those people are definitely mentally ill and should seek help, etc...

Seriously. It's not bigoted of people to think that the whole concept of this is absolutely ridiculous. It legitimately goes against human nature.

I don't give a flying crap if you're a white 20 year old man whose "soul" tells you that you're a female Asian dog who's 120 years old and lives on Mars, you're not a mentally healthy person if you truly believe that's the only way to live a happy life, and even more unhealthy if you actually live that way.

Changing one's gender is already a touchy subject on its own, and I can accept people who feel the need to do this even though I don't exactly agree with it, but trans-race, trans-age, trans-whatever is absolutely ridiculous.

It's unfortunate because this whole movement isn't even about transgenders. It's just about TRANS-anything, and most people are going to end up laughing it off like it's a joke if it continues to go this way. I think it's ended up this way because it just kind of goes to show the upbringing and social values that millennials currently have. Just because your parents tell you that "you can be anything you want in life" and that "you're a unique amazing cupcake" doesn't make half of this crap okay.

What would you have the man do? The wife gave him a choice and he made the choice. It's ruff but that's what happens when you spent hundreds of years forcing people into heterosexual relationships when they don't necessarily want them.
