People were praising MX when Ghost Stories came out even though they were trashing it in 2011. It's always the same thing. Fans and critics are never happy
People keep asking for the same Coldplayeven though they ever repeat themselves.

However, this song has been getting a lot of praise. I haven't seen such a positive response in a while.
This song might be a grower for some because it has many influences (Disco, funk, rock, pop)
