Sorry, but no. WIllam and Courtney Act are on Conchita's level if not above. Courtney was a finalist on Australian Idol, and Willam's been on every cop show & more that you can name, and both probably make Conchita's rent in a day.

As for RuPaul, if it wasn't for him, then Conchita (and pretty much every other younger drag queen nowadays) wouldn't be known at ALL. Ru is a drag pioneer. Ru is a legend. Every new-age drag queen (Including Conchita) has Ru to thank.
