This sounds straight out of her Disney Pop Era. What happened to change? I like it, but it sounds like Aftershock's sis. But hey, at least its better than most songs on DEMI.

Can I just say how much I ADORE the backing vocals in the last chorus! They're SOOOOOO GOOODDDDD!!!!!! The production is soon good! And who cares if it sounds a little dates? Trends are always fading in and out in pop music! Maybe she's bringing it back

I hope she performs this at the VMAs. I know CFTS is picking up but i feel like she needs something new; and if she slays choreography hopefully it'll draw attention. Plus she can't wait too long to release the song since it leaked.

PS: for those complaining about the lyrics, you need to learn to read between the lines.
The song is definitely more mature than her older stuff. She can't just straight out say "Shove yo d*ck into my cl*t, while we get lit" in song. She still has that Teen pop look.

I don't hear it at all.

But yeah, the style is fairly similar to Aftershock. That's fine though, I liked Aftershock. I like Confident a whole lot more though.
