i'm agree with avril, the song should be complicated or girfriend, but shakira , Whenever Wherever was her first english single, it was really important and it was her year , Hips Don't Lie was also famous but for me WW was a better choice

Worst: Fabiola Rodas - I Will Always Love You / Siempre Te Amaré - She's not even a known artist, she doesn't represent anything of this decade....
