He signed Cher Lloyd. 
And neither of those count as music videos, but please don't get crazy and do them all the time; that's kind of the reason I banned free performances because it got out of hand and boring.

Christina Aguilera debuts "Freedom" at Brit Awards
The performance began with some blue-lighted rhombuses. Suddenly, Christina rises up from the ground and goes really high in the sky (on a platform).
Then, Christina used a look similar to this one and she smashed in it. She got later criticized for the Applause influence.
After this, she left that dress and started to perform in a white dress in which she looked very hot. She went down and she was seen close to the rhombuses this time. There was no light on her anymore, so the only thing that the fans could see was her dancing through the rhombuses.
Suddenly, the rhombuses disappeared from the stage and lots of fans suddenly appeared from the theater
Then, a flash mob began. Everyone danced so much and Christina killed with those vocals. At the end she hugged her fans and thanked them all.

Cher Lloyd performs on The Today Show
Cher Lloyd appeared on The Today Show earlier today to talk stuff about her new single which was released the same day, called You & I and also to perform it for the first time ever live. She did a great performance, and she was joined by group of professional dancers and also a live band. Cher did a cool dance routine, but at the same time, she sang very well and you can actually tell that her voice got improved, because it was way more stronger now. Cher‘s performance was really fun and enjoyable, with a lot of light effects, it all sounded really good, and her dancers, did an amazing job with the choreography. Later, her You & I performance was uploaded on YouTube and it was viewed more than 600.000 times in just one hour.
So today we have a really lovely guest in our studio, who has just released her new single called You & I, and it has already reached number three on iTunes in just two hours. Please give it up for the one and only, Cher Lloyd! Thank you for coming here today. So, let's start our chat with this question - about what is You & I?
Hello, and thank you for having me on the show, thank you for such a good introduction! So yeah... You & I was really fun to record and I think it's my favorite song I've ever recorded, yet. I got into studio with Rockmafia and Stargate, I've been working with both teams on my previous album, Sticks + Stones, and now those two teams and I hit the studio, and they've actually created a masterpiece, unexpected masterpiece. They produced it, and me, alongside with Sia Furler, wrote it. You & I supposed to be like a slow tempo ballad, but with an instrumental like that, you can't just sit in the chair while you're listening to it, you can't be calm through the whole song, you will definately move, if you're not going to get up and dance in your room, you will at least snap your fingers, or move your head or something, it's impossible to sit and just to be like, you know, whatever, when you're listening to it. It's an energetic song, about a relationship with the one you love, and about all of those little moments, when you feel like you're on the cloud nine.
So it means you're focusing on music at the moment?
At the moment, yes. Well, I know I don't have that perfect voice and it's not that strong, but with my new label and producers, we figured out what to do to make my voice sound better. They've created a special instrumental, I don't even know how, but it actually fits my voice and it just makes it stronger, and better. Also, during live performances, I'll be singing with backing vocals, so I hope my voice will sound better not only for me or my team, but for the viewers, audience and fans too. But I'm super excited to show what I've created in studio, I can't wait to start performing, or, even touring once again. It will be really fun, I've missed performing and connecting with fans during performances, so I'm excited.
Where are you planning to perform in near future?
Um, this week, and I think the next one too will be really busy for me, I'll be just over the places, promoting and performing me and my new single, You & I, which is out now, by the way. I'll be visiting some radios in US, I might perform at some Christmas concerts, The Today Show, other talk shows and that's it. But I will be doing a lot of promo this week, and the next one too, I want to debut high, but we will see how that turns out. But be ready, because I will be over the TV and arenas.
And the new album, is it on the way?
Yes, I can actually confirm that the new album is on it's way, and it is coming really soon. I hope I'll get into the studio with some hot singers at the moment. But it's definately on the way, I'm working with a lot of cool producers, like, Stargate, Rockmafia, Dr. Luke, Calvin Harris, and also, writers too, like, Bonnie McKee, Sia Furler, Nick Jonas. And oh, by the way, this time I'm writing songs too, so I'm super excited, I want to see how people will react to my writing.
