cant predict yet. too much time and planned activity between now and album. but the album appears to be pre-ordering a little more slowly than i might have expected, based on the instant grat stats that are being compiled as part of first week single sales totals.

this isnt true. are you talking about the millennial award that beyonce received at the billboard music awards a few years ago? because britney also performed at that show. but beyonce was the first person we approached with the idea of a bigger award that year.

Also to add to this question, if the rules could be changed within a week to allow that Eagles album from 2007 to be #1 and for I Will Always Love You to rechart, why couldn't the Billboard rules be changed sooner to allow video streaming? Why did it take months?
