This album is a very good one. Time will set its value the right way; I am surprised how constantly it improves with listening and I am sure it will have a good longevity.
I am still displeased the way the bad organization in promotional strategies at Octone and Interscope deprived Maroon 5 of multiple #1 opening (the fact LP, with a very good album and good buzz, deprived them ONLY by 3000 copies of UK Album Chart #1 came as a surprise to me, re-enforcing my idea this era is being handled awfully by their label, which knows they won't be under at for much longer).
But I am confident this album will do well enough.
I am happy for them; 10 years in this business as a pop/notonlypop band is a huge milestone, and if you keep making new achievement (as they still have) it is sign you're doing something right enough.
THIS!
It really makes me sad when artists mess up their chances of success. In my opinion, they should have released the album on a week where a #1 could have definitely been secured. Also, releasing One More Night as early as they did was ridiculous! Why would you release another single when your current single hasn't even reached its full potential yet?!?

Very simple really. To make people think "Hey, that's TWO songs from that album that I like. I think I'll buy the album."
