I always listen to discographies in chronogical order, idk why
By the way, apart from her main 8 studio albums, what other album/ep/soundtrack is worth owning?
I really love Selmasongs and DR9, even though a lot of people don't seem to enjoy DR9. I'd watch Dancer in the Dark and see if you like the songs from Selmasongs
Also great to have: Telegram (an album of Post remixes) and Family Tree. I would just cherry-pick the Family Tree stuff on iTunes though since a lot of it will duplicate stuff you already have. It's also a very nice boxset to own physically, but a complete pain in the ass to actually play unless you still have a computer or CD player that supports mini discs

So the server's a mess right now and I can barely browse through the forum. Does anyone have that infographic that has been passed around on the forum that eases you into Björk?
edit: omg the server is working. You guys have been talking all about how to get into her in the last couple of pages, ugh. Now I have no idea where to start; I vaguely remember a few people saying Post is a good jump-in point but maybe I should just go chronologically.

Well, yesterday I started listening to Björk albums chronologically. I listened Debut and Post. Debut is very good, but Post is a masterpiece
Best songs on first listen: Like Someone in Love, Violently Happy, The Anchor Song, Army of Me, Hyperballad (), Enjoy, Possibly Maybe and I Miss You (that instrumental<3). It's oh so quiet was fun to listen to
Post --> Homogenic --> Debut --> Vespertine --> Vulnicura --> Biophilia --> Volta
I haven't listened to Medulla yet, but if I had to rank her albums from the ones I've heard it would be Homogenic > Post > Vespertine > Vulnicura > Biophilia > Debut > Volta
This is my favorite video from her and one of my favorites of all time.
ties with Mutual Core, amazing visual
Pagan Poetry video is simple yet effective, her facial expression alone>>>
I love the artistic effect of Mutual Core, it clicks with the song theme
