I am not even going to touch Miley's style but Hilary's style has improved so much over the years and I think she is getting better as she gets older. But, I need the dark hair for the new era BUT I think this new era will be fun and light, Dignity had a lot of dark songs (for Hilary's standards) but the dance beats covered them up.

Agreed. That dark hair on Hilary was so frikkin' sexy. She looked good in Reach Out too, but you can't compare.

I kinda always wanted her to release Holiday too, but bah that part of her career was a mess thanks to her label.

I'm not sure about her adding it as a bonus track right now, but I definitely think she should take notes from that song and do stuff similar to it. I hope she manages something like that lyrically as well.

I really hate what the final version of Reach Out became to be. The live version was so much better and the lyrics were outstanding, the studio version with The Prophet rapping didn't do the song any favors at all and the 6 minute remix on Best Of OWNS the studio version, I rather listen to that because it is a song that literally slays in every sense of the word.

About the Dr Luke posts, a lot of Hilary fans want her to work with him and honestly I wouldn't mind it. I think Hilary needs to make a fun pop album to really get herself back in the good graces with the pop music audience because she hasn't released a studio album since 2007 so most of the general public has forgotten all about her. I wouldn't mind seeing her do something like Loud or Teenage Dream BUT I want the songs to actually have meaning and not just be about going to the club and having sex.

As for Luke, I'd be fine with him working with her, but I need her sound to stand out from the rest. Dark, pulsing beats work really well with Hilary's vocals, so I'm not here for pinball machine noises.

I kind of agree with you on the Reach Out thing, I mean in the live version it seemed like the guitars sounded a lot heavier than in the studio version, and I actually liked them the way they were in the live version but I liked the studio version anyway

and I don't think she needs Dr Luke to do a Ke$ha type of song for her , she will surprise us with unknown producers as she always does and I like it that way

Why not? Do you not know about Dr. Luke? He's an egotistical control freak, who will NOT let any artist have any say when working with him. If she does an album with him, it will be his album and not hers. There's a reason he has a reputation, it's also the reason artist who want to be in charge of their music don't work with him. Gaga won't work with him for that very reason. Also, he is a beat repeater. He gives everyone the same exact generic songs. I'm not saying anything about Max Martin, just Dr. Luke. People only go to Dr.Luke when they want a hit single but don't give a damn about the actual music, this is known.

Kesha, Katy, and Britney can stick to having him rule their music, but it would suck if Hilary jumps to that just to get a hit single.
