It's the Citi Card and some other presale (I think it's from buying off her online store).
With each presale until the general sale there is only a small batch of tickets available. I assume by now the Reflection Section ones are gone, so I would wait for another presale (I think the Facebook presale is the next) and try again before the general sale.
