In the OP it uses in its certifications "Europe". Like, for Hard Candy it says in "Europe" it sold 1,000,000 copies. But Europe is a continent not a country So, what places does that include and is it double counting sales in places like Hungary, Sweden, Portugal, Poland, etc.? I've never understood what that meant.

IFPI has European and Middle Eastern awards but most of the time they're outdated and don't represent the actual sales.
