ATRL+ members won't lose time on their subscriptions; it'll just be resumed on vB5.

You're right, the error page could use a little makeover if we're sticking with it for a bit longer. I've got some ideas.

after most of the facts were stated, I think more people are seeing what is the true reality of the situation for what "basic" looks like and for how long.

However sadly, The poll still looks as though its 2:1 with keep it as is leading

A lot of people are not understanding this.

The vb5 comes with the vb4 version. We would use the basic version until we'll get able to update to the vB5. The vB4 is not a permanent move.

these are the options:

1. wait for vB5 with this layout + over capacity errors.

2. upgrade to vB4 software and wait for the vB5 with this basic layout + no over capacity errors.

I would be OK with a basic design, but I use the Console skin 'cause it's more relaxing to read. I just prefer to make a well done change to Bv5, if going through Bv4 is going to make it more rushed then I can wait for Bv5 without the transition.
