So I am overdosing on my fruit and veggies in my lunch today. I have basically fallen off the eating better wagon haha... Hopefully I can start doing it again...
Omfg **** ME Now. So yesterday I started P90x and when I was dome I thought I might not have done it good enough, I wake up today, get out of bed, and fall to the ground. I'm already so ****ing sore. Day 2 today.
Plyometrics = killer. Day 2 & already the hardest workout of my life.

Im not that dedicated. However ive been running twice a day in the early mornings and at nights lately and I feel so refreshed after. I cant keep up with those videos I just do cardio.
