I love Christmas so much. It's really the best time of the year. There were great Xmas songs and an album released this year, and that's why I think they deserve a place in my Best of 2011.
Let's start with the Top 5 songs.
"All I Want for Christmas Is You" is one of the best Christmas songs ever. This version, though, is much worse than the original. The video is great, despite the product placements. Mariah came back with this song to the music scene to remind who the Queen of Christmas is.
The Queen of Xmas is back with this amazing song. This was actually a part from her second Christmas album - "Merry Christmas II You". This year was released as a single with new vocals from John Legend. Just amazing.
Mariah can be the Queen, but Bublé is the King of Christmas. His version totally ***** on the original. It's so deep and heartfelt.
The only 100% original song on his album. It so good & the lyrics are great.
The live version is so good. Much better than the album version, which features Shania Twain. Kelly is so good. She slays so hard this song. We've already listened to Kelly slaying this song 10 years ago in DC's album "8 Days of Christmas". But now, she's even better.
And now it's time for the best Christmas album.
Best Christmas album released ever. It's so good. It just ***** on every other Christmas album, even including DC's "8 Days of Christmas" and Mariah's "Merry Christmas". His interpretations of classic Xmas songs are so good. And his vocals are amazing. It has one flaw, though - and it's White Christmas. It should've been a duet with Kelly Rowland, not with Shania Twain. But even with that flaw, it's perfect.

Charliie Brown I half-agree with you about Princess of China, sure the general public would eat it up and would probably be the biggest single of Coldplay in Mylo Xyloto but their fans would despise it and them being a not-so-radio-friendly band, they would rather choose this one for the fans, since it's a fan fave.
But even with that flaw, it's perfect.
