Welcome to My Best Of 2009!
One more Best Of is gonna start now! Now we are getting into the most important countdowns! Now I'm gonna start the "Top 40 Best Artists Of 2009", in this best of I decided to judge by two different points of view, first and most important, my personal opinion on the artist, and second not that important but counts, how the year was for the artist and if an artist did a good job overall or not.

ALBUM: Battlefield
BIGGEST HIT: Battlefield
FAVORITE TRACK: Emergy (911)
OPINION: Hey Jordin! She is such a beautiful person inside and outside, I actually follow her on Twitter and she is very sweet! This year she didn't that good, her first album sold over 1 Million copies while in the other hand, her new album "Battlefield" sold only around 200,000 copies, such a shame, the album is full of great songs and "Battlefield" plus "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play)" did not deserve to flop. Besides all that Jordin opened some The Circus Tour Shows!
 
ALBUM: Fantasy Ride
BIGGEST HIT: Love Sex Magic
FAVORITE TRACK: Work
OPINION: One more act that opened The Circus Tour for Queen Spears! Ciara worked her ass off this era, she even mixed Love Sex and Magic but it wasn't enough, she is this high because I really like her and "Work" rocked my summer, because if it wasn't for that she would be lower, since her album flopped really hard... It's sad but true. Gonna wait for your new record!
 
ALBUM: For Your Entertainment
BIGGEST HIT: For Your Entertainment
FAVORITE TRACK: Whatya Want From Me
OPINION: He is not the only Idol contestant appearing on the countdown, he had an amazing year full of controversy, and that on AMA just turned me on, he looked hot as hell, and doing that on stage just showed how brave this guy is. His debut album is AMAZING, and it's doing well on US charts. Keep the good work Adam!
 
ALBUM: Echo
BIGGEST HIT: Happy
FAVORITE TRACK: Outta My Head
OPINION: Leona came back to music with her sophomore album "Echo" it isn't doing as great as "Spirit" but I don't get why people call it flop since it's close to the 1 Million mark, and nowadays that's no flopping! "Happy" is such a beautiful song but didn't got much attention, I wish she could release "Outta My Head" and try to go into a different direction!
 
ALBUM: The Element of Freedom
BIGGEST HIT: Empire State Of Mind
FAVORITE TRACK: That's How Strong My Love Is
OPINION: I must say I'm damn impressed with Alicia, I swear she would flop her hardest with her new record but I was DAMN WRONG! The album already sold about 1,1 Million copies World Wide, that's BIG! I was kinda let down with the first single and the video for the second but hopefully, Alicia impresses me once again with a single choice unexpected but great!
 
ALBUM: Guilty Pleasure
BIGGEST HIT: It's Alright, It's Okay
FAVORITE TRACK: Guilty Pleasure
OPINION: And here we find the guilty pleasure of almost everyone! I don't find her my guilty pleasure, I love her too much to call her that! Ashley came back this year with an amazing album, but well it didn't do really well, following World Wide Albums, her new record didn't even sold 200,000 copies  but well, the album is full of amazing pop masterpieces that makes you wanna fly and that makes me happy! So Good job Ashley!
 
ALBUM: It's Not Me, It's You
BIGGEST HIT: The Fear
FAVORITE TRACK: **** You
OPINION: Hey Lily! I got lotta respect for her since she lost her baby that was damn sad  . Plus Lily is such a Britney fanatic, I gotta give her points for that. BUT ABOVE ALL THAT, she delivered some amazing songs this year, her singles were just amazing, and IMO much better than her first ones! She complained about sex this year and even about close minded people, she also made a refference to the prostituition world, and she is one of the only artists actually doing that! Great job Lily!
 
ALBUM: The Boy Who Knew Too Much
BIGGEST HIT: We Are Golden
FAVORITE TRACK: Rain
OPINION: Don't be MEAN with Mika! He is such a sweetheart and a beautiful boy, actually I bought today my ticket to his concert...can't wait! Anyway this year, Mika also cameback with a new album full of awesome and sweet songs, Mika decided to start this new era with a great theme called "We Are Golden" full of power on it. Mika also showed us he can move! Just check "Blame It On The Girls"!
 
ALBUM: Celebration
BIGGEST HIT: Celebration
FAVORITE TRACK: Celebration
OPINION: Madonna once again put out a greatest hits that already sold more than 1,2 M World Wide, such a legend. She also put out her new single "Celebration" and took over the dance floors! Let's not forget that Jesus might have inspired her and I made an ENORMOUS effor to not put the Jesus naked picture there instead of Madonna's.
 
ALBUM: Fearless
BIGGEST HIT: You Belong With Me
FAVORITE TRACK: You Belong With Me
OPINION: This girl is such a sweetheart, I used to like her but now I love her, let's not forget I got much more respect for her since Kanye West incident. And by the way this girl totally owned Lady GaGa and Beyoncé this year! Wow, something I was not expecting, she totally gave life to country again, she deserves some points for that!
 
ALBUM: The Time Of Our Lives
BIGGEST HIT: Party In The U.S.A.
FAVORITE TRACK: Party In The U.S.A.
OPINION: Disney can make miracles, right Miley? I Know you agree. This year once again the kids and not only helped Miley being one of the most relevant artists of 2009, she even gave us an EP with 7 songs, including her smashing hit "Party In The U.S.A.". She was kinda bitchy by deleting her Twitter only to get higher on iTunes and to say "I Never heard a Jay-Z song" when you say that in your own song  ANYWAY, let's not forget she can sell tickets to her shows!
 
ALBUM: All I Ever Wanted
BIGGEST HIT: My Life Would Suck Without You
FAVORITE TRACK: Don't Let Me Stop You
OPINION: Let's just say I totally got mad when I knew Kelly had beat Britney's Billboard record with "Womanizer" but WELL, "My Life Would Suck Without You" is worth it, that song is so catchy and amazing and took Kelly back to the game. Her album sold more than 1 Million copies and it's an amazing album.
 
ALBUM: Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel
BIGGEST HIT: Obsessed
FAVORITE TRACK: Ribbon
OPINION: I bought the album today!! Such an epic album as usual from Mariah, she totally killed it and got #3 on my favorite albums of the year! But not everything is good, I might love your new record but we gotta admit is flopping hard! The album totally looks like a magazine, I really loved that idea. Mariah, I still can't believe you might ruin "Angels Cry" with Ne-Yo On.
 
ALBUM: One Of The Boys
BIGGEST HIT: Waking Up In Vegas
FAVORITE TRACK: If You Can Afford Me
OPINION: Seriously I was kinda let down that she didn't even made a video for "If You can Afford Me" or "Fingerprints" but well, her show this year was AMAZING, it totally made me love her. Hopefully she is that kinda artist that came to stay, because she deserves it! Can't wait for her new CD later this year!
 
ALBUM: Rated R
BIGGEST HIT: Russian Roulette
FAVORITE TRACK: Fire Bomb
OPINION: Next to the hard times, Rihanna is finally back to music, and maybe better than ever, the girl managed to sell 1 Million copies only in 5 weeks, epic! Well done, now Chris Brown will die of jealousy Loves It, not even his stupid fans trying to hide your CD managed to take out your reign! This year Rihanna gave us a ballad and an amazing quick song, "Hard" that is surely gonna rock the world later this year, wanna bet?
 
ALBUM: The E.N.D.
BIGGEST HIT: I Gotta Feeling
FAVORITE TRACK: Alive
OPINION: Fergie decided to go back to The Black Eyed Peas and here is the result! One of the most sucessfull bands of 2009, with two number one hits and one third on the way I believe! BEP totally owned 2009 with "Boom Boom Pow" and "I Gotta Feeling", although I'm sick of both songs it would be impossible for them to not make the list!

BIGGEST HIT: This Is It
FAVORITE TRACK: This Is It
OPINION: The only song I could choose anyway! This year I needed to put Michael Jackson at least in Top 5, so much around him, the king of pop left us, but he will always be with us in a better place. I totally respect this legend of the music and he is a total inspiration to all of us!
 
ALBUM: I Am... Sasha Fierce
BIGGEST HIT: Halo
FAVORITE TRACK: Scared Of Lonely
OPINION: This year was recognized by the Beyoncé year, without a doubt, she totally owned a big part of it, and I even got the chance to see her live in concert, although she was 1 hour late, it was AMAZING. She kept us dancing to "Single Ladies" a part of the year and next gave us "Sweet Dreams", but she didn't forget to give us some emotions with "Halo" or "Broken-Hearted Girl".
 
ALBUM: She Wolf
BIGGEST HIT: She Wolf
FAVORITE TRACK: Mon Amour
OPINION: Auuuuuuuu, the She Wolf is back! This year Shakira totally got on our head with that amazing She Wolf melody and the epic and memorable "Auuuuuuuuuuuu". Once again she didn't let anyone down and her album "She Wolf" went good on the charts, going Platinum in Latin America in a couple days! Can't wait for her spanish album later this year!
 
ALBUM: Circus/The Singles Collection
BIGGEST HIT: 3
FAVORITE TRACK: Circus
OPINION: Music without Britney Spears would be DAMN boring, and this year, Britney totally made me proud of her going on a World Tour, actually the best tour I've ever seen. Who cares about the lipping? No one, only losers, she totally kicked ass and got the title of the most sucessfull tour from a female artist. She put out some new singles, with some controversy as "If U seek Amy" where she literally spells **** ME and with "3" where she sings about a threesome. This Woman is such a legend. QUEEN.
