I love WooHoo, but Big Time Rush copped major backlash for Windows Down so it all worked out in the end that Die Young was the first single.

There were lots of interesting, substance-filled lyrics regarding male-dominated ideologies
and what not in the song. Very forward thinking, I wish she would've released something like
Woo Hoo because it low-key makes a statement rather than just being a generic pop song.

But WooHoo would have been dragged from using the sample alone. She could have had a song similar, that would have been fine. But I remember when this leaked, the YouTube comments were A MESS so it's best that she didn't release is instead of Die Young. Die Young was the perfect lead single. C'Mon is where it all went wrong.

I just realised she's only had two singles that aren't party songs. She's released one song about Love, and another about hating guys who are all talk.

I remember reading Beyonce's "Ghost Haunted" was meant to be the lead single of the album BEFORE we knew anything about any of the tracks or even the album release, so hence they had a song name I guess it was true and something just changed halfway through.

Big Fat Bass was meant to be Femme Fatale's 3rd single too I believe. I mean it got 3 promo performances, will.i.am shot a video for his part of the song, they included it at the sticker etc. I guess they scrapped it and went with a poll instead cause it got bad critics compared to the rest of the album.

It Should Be Easy, Tik Tik Boom, Alien and Now That I Found You were all possible 3rd single for Britney Jean at some point but got scrapped.

Hot As Ice was also meant to become a single off Blackout, at some point they even thought of doing it the first one but then it was on the run to become the 4th one which never happened. They even had music video ideas etc.

May I add (even though that doesnt count) Criminal and I Wanna Go were recorded the same time with "3" and it was initially the label's choice to have I Wanna Go in the Singles collection but Britney incisted on "3".

That one doesnt count either but Do Somethin was never meant to be a single either and Britney paid for the MV and the single release on her own, cause the label sabotaged her back in the day.

I also remember reading they're planning to release Drop Dead Beautiful or Gasoline as the 5th Femme Fatale single so they could extend the era, release the 3D version of the tour, possibly re-release the album etc. but Britney didnt felt like doing any of this stuff cause she thought Criminal was a good closure.

Everyone wasn't cancelled for those reasons, it was cancelled because Cheryl wasn't right as the producer of the song said on twitter and later deleted.

'Eventually' was planned to be released in April 2003 yet was cancelled so that the 'Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle' theme song 'Halo' could be released in April.

The 4th release from 'M!ssundaztood', 'Family Portrait' wasn't supposed to be released. P!nk said she wanted to release it as a the 2nd or 3rd single from the album yet her mother wouldn't let her. So then when it came to choose the 4th single her recording company advised her to release '18 Wheeler' however P!nk said she wanted to release 'Family Portrait' and did what she wanted.

Pretty interesting hey! To think 'Eventually' and '18 Wheeler were so close to being released!

Look out for her brand new single 'Halo' rumoured to be instores April-time.

'Halo' turned out to be 'Feel Good Time' BTW.
