Every one isn't fortunate enough to have vocals like Christina Aguilera, which is fine. But when you're an artist you have to make up for it in some way. As examples: Britney can sing but a vocalist she is not, she compensated for her lack of vocal ability through out her career with dancing. The same applies for Janet Jackson and Madonna, Madonna herself has even stated that she knows she's not a great vocalist and that she's a decent dancer. But she still greatly made up for what she lacked in other departments.
Rihanna, sadly, doesn't do that. She isn't known to the general public for possessing great vocals and she never will be. She needs to hire a choreographer and pick up some dance moves to incorporate into her performances if she wants to be respected or taken serious by the masses. She's still in her prime so there's no excuse, she's been out 6 years. It's way too early for her to be as lazy as she is as a performer.

claiming that an artist compensates for their lack of vocal ability with 'good dancing' does not make them any better vocally! This isn't an argument about overall performance/impact/music discography/personality/charisma, we're discussing Rihanna's vocals. So if your going to judge her vocals fairly you need to leave out all outside factors and stick to whats relevant and that's range/tone/control etc.
