Those are MJD numbers. I'm not sure about your figures in the Philipines but you might be right.
As for Japan these are the figures I have:

But those sales are very low because Oricon did not consider many stores back then and it still does not take imports under cinsideration. My figures were based on MJD and some calculations I made on my own back in the day.
And In the Zone is by far her best selling album in Japan. Also, her debut had higher sales than Britney because of higher import sales, as far as I know.
PS: It seems that I never updated my Singles Collection estimation. I should do so soon. 
EDIT: Your numbers for the Philipines are wrong. If Britney had ever sold 1M with an album she would have one of the top 5 best selling albums there. None of her albums is in that list, however her sales are still amongst the highest for international sellers. Again, my numbers for the Philipines are based on MJD who is very reliable.
