It wasn't wrong. Right Now was the 2nd US single, but probably due to it requiring choreography and production value in its promo, it was swapped with Stay. Then Pour It Up took off by itself.
I'm sure Right Now will see a single release, when she starts performing it in Europe on tour.

The second song that we heard from Unapologetic was Stay. She also performed it at the Grammys. Stay was always meant to be the 2nd single.
