Well personally how many days have you not gotten a response from T-Swizz?
If you felt that was too long already, I would have consulted your judges, told them the situation, and see if you should eliminate him without warning.
If you don't have judges and its on you, for me, in seeing T-Swizz posting in other places, I wouldn't have been feeling like giving him any time at all and I would have moved forward without him slowing the game down even more.
You set the 12 hours that was your call, but that's what I would have done, for the respect that the contestants followed your deadline.
I think that is the main thing I learned as a host. With being a host or a contestant, a line of respect must be drawn. If you set a deadline, make it reasonable for the contestants to get it in. If the contestants are a day late, show them that delay is costly to their performance in the game (if they don't have a good reason). If a contestant cannot show a game the same respect the other contestants have, you need to know when to the contestant his walking papers and to move the game forward.
