I thought my hate towards Gaga would slowly disappear over the years but my dislike towards her is growing with each day. Why is that? Is it because she's a pretentious, soon-to-fade, fat & hideous woman?

You guys don't get it. Her mother is an alcoholic, notice the look on her face. The car is supposed to represent the love and care from her mother. She says she's in the mom's car because she wants to be in her mother's heart. The broom broom is the heartbeats. When her mom says, "Get out me car!", she tells her she doesn't want her to be in the way of her love of alcohol and is followed by the depressing sigh from the girl.
