I decided to do a quick side by side comparison between Carly and Hilary. Carly pretty much blows the bonus tracks area out of the water. But to me, Tattoo is better than LA Hallucinations and Confetti is better than Boy Problems. The first three tracks, Carly wins. And the title track to Hilary's album is better than All That IMO.

Carly wins. But they're still top 2 for the year so far.

BIBO is amazing, but it's nothing other than surface level carefree pop (which is still great, I have zero problems with that).

E•MO•TION really is on another level. It has all of the qualities of BIBO (catchy, easy-listening, makes you want to get up and dance and just happy) but there's also a depth to this record and a sense of cohesion that BIBO definitely lacks. So Carly takes this one.
