Why does Kano's eye and core thing change colors? I've seen the trademark red, yellow and green. Does it correspond to his health meter?

So far i've been disappointed with all three announcements. I mean i'm sure the MK community is excited but raiden, kano and goro are whatever to me. I need my favs to be announced!

In a newish interview Ed said that the game would include 30+ characters!!
