In the UK songs peak on the debut week (90%) thats why they release it on iTunes 1/2 months before the video premiere, and NO, this doesn't affect sales bc is just the way UK industry works.
Oh, and if the release date is really July 28 she will flop, they should release it in May/June MAX

It's hard to tell, last year it got 3.2 million viewers but it did get a 2.8 rating in the 12-34 demo which is decent. She's got Ellen too right? That will help.
