If I remember correctly, Cher said it could be mid-september when it's released.
If that's true, You and I will be in full-force at that point (top 10ish).
It'll be interesting to see how pop radio responds to 2 songs with GaGa on it (like Rihanna has done before).
But to be honest, if you look at the nature of the top 20 songs right now, and the songs in the top 30, there are few songs that are showing enough "umph" to really go up into the top 10/20; so, I'm going to bet that Greatest Thing and You and I will be great smashes.
This will give her next single a SUPER sized momentum to go on, and if they chose Marry The Night as the next single, it's going to be a #1 hit (I think).
Marry The Night is first of all, a great dance track. Secondly, it's more of a signature GaGa song, and it's not something entirely unexpected from the Gaga, but it has unexpected aspects to it (the organ, and what not).
That's just what I'm thinking.
