Well considering they sold over a million tracks digitally and only about two thousand physically (in the first week), it makes perfect business sense to do things this way. BIG BANG are still big physical sellers, which is why they have beautiful physical releases.
Don't get me wrong, I am (clearly) a massive 2NE1 stan and would love a great physical release, but I get the reasoning behind it is all. If it means more coinz for more than one MV done correctly, with a beginning, middle and end, then I'll deal tbh
