I don't remember the worst pain I've ever had. Generally speaking, I have a really low pain tolerance level so I'm sure it could have been something as small as the flu/cramps.
I got run over by a truck as a kid and I've had a lingering chest pain ever since.
My brain over the years found a way to block it out (kinda like how your eyes ignore your nose) but when I'm idle I feel it.
I've grown to live with it though

well just imagine a tongue instead and that's what my ex-girlfriend used to do
had me screaming like a bitch every single time...and she thought it was so funny
