I have been so bad at keeping up with shows this season, but I'm all caught up and so ready for tonight's finale

Just caught up with the last couple episodes, I couldn't care less about Robin but poor Regina

Overall I think this arc could've been done a lot better (I'm still mad at what they did with the Hercules storyline) but I think it's been okay, Hades was a pretty good Villain and I'm loving Regina & Zelena's new relationship.

I don't think Regina will go back to being evil after so long but we'll see.

Damn! As messy as it could've been, I would've been here for The Evil Queen making it through somehow. Too bad Rumple isn't there with some magic loophole to resurrect her. Lol

Now this is one loophole/twist I am THRILLED the writers came up with. Now we get The Evil Queen without ruining Regina's progress.

So I know there's always a lot of complaining about small details, but let's talk about the things the writers did right with this finale... (Spoilers ahead)

They introduced us to a new realm/land with SO MANY possibilities and unseen characters. It has the opportunity to give us that Season 1 feel where we didn't know who anyone was.

They dealt with Regina and her struggle between good and evil. She said a lot of things we all thought and said. How it wasn't fair that she always gets screwed while Emma always gets happiness.

We got to see Henry actually do something useful and fix a problem he created. Sure, I was pissed when Henry destroyed magic, but at least he came through in the end and at least it wasn't the end of magic.

They brought back the Dragon. A question many of us had wondered since we last saw him in season 2 was, "what happened to the Dragon?". Now we know.

Best of all!!! They found a way to give us what we wanted! We have dealt with this same internal struggle. We LOVE the Evil Queen, but we love the growth Regina has made. We want that villain back, but we also want to keep the hero we've grown to love. Sure, this whole splitting a person thing may be a little messy, but this is a messy twist and loophole I can get behind! We get to have TWO Regina's!!! What's better than double the air time for Lana? NOTHING!!!

The writing and dialogue was great this episode. It didn't feel rushed, but it still felt like things happened quickly. While I'm not crazy about Jekyll and Hyde, it was a needed for them to have that potion to separate Regina. So I'm willing to go along with the ride. I think it's obvious The Evil Queen is going to be back as the main villain next season, with Jekyll being a second hand villain/antagonist causing problems.

The writers just better not **** up Regina's character because she is the best.

I don't think they will. The foreshadowing at the end of the episode made it seem like she won't change much, but she won't have that internal struggle anymore. I think she will be more of the hero side of Regina we've grown to love the last few seasons.

The writers have CLEARLY listened to what we wanted with this last half of season 5. I think they were trying to give us what we wanted, but didn't start realizing how upset the fanbase was until after 5B was already planned. There were definitely some messy scenes and parts of 5B, but there was a massive effort made. I think Season 6 will be amazing. I don't think they will ruin Regina's character because they know the fans will RIOT. They found a way to appease the internal struggle and dilemma in the fanbase of "I want the Evil Queen to return, but I don't want to lose Regina's character development."

If next season is the last season, I hope The Evil Queen kills Rumple with the Dagger to become the Dark One. I would KILL for that. Then the show can end with the Evil Queen finally being killed, and Regina getting a happy ending.

Wow, what an amazing season finale. I'm satisfied by all of it honestly--there wasn't a part that I disliked at all. And I LOVE how they did that whole Evil Queen twist. Everyone would throw a fit if Regina went evil again--I know I definitely would.

Even though the EQ twist is a little messy, as everyone has already said, more screentime for Lana is GREAT. But who/what exactly is the Evil Queen now? I don't really understand that, but I'm sure it'll be explained soon through interviews or theories or something else. I'm VERY happy that Regina got rid of her demons from her body, but that doesn't mean they're not outside her body.

All the Captain Swan fans are crying because all they got is "I love you"



After a whole CS season. I wonder what season six is going to be like--like season one with the Evil Queen? Sleeping curses? The writers said that the flashbacks will be to another land, maybe meaning the new one introduced--maybe like how they did Elsa/Anna in Arendelle.

Jekyll and Hyde are actually somewhat interesting, considering the feeling they bring to the show hasn't been brought to it yet. They probably will be side characters, which is okay, but we will have to see what happens with them. I love the parallel between them and Regina--that was well-done and well thought out.

I knew the Evil Queen wasn't gone forever.



Edit: Oh, and one more thing--I can actually say I understand Robin's death now. He would've just gotten in the way of this war, which is kind of sad because I love Robin. What's coming next, though, doesn't involve him--this is Regina's fight, and she shouldn't have to worry about her true love. (I'm hoping she will find true love again though.)

I'm glad this season will have a huge Evil Queen focus. This feels like the last season coming up so it will be nice to have the focus on the character it really started with.

I don't see them getting a season 7 and I'm okay with that.

How come Zelena is ok being good without having to fight her own wicked witch self while Regina have to go through those trouble ? I mean Evil Queen did done lots of dmg but so did the Wicked Witch tho

I think Zelena is just crazy and everyone knows it. The whole Regina being good thing was spawned from Emma and Henry. Mostly Henry. The only people Zelena really cares to get approval from are Robin (her baby) and Regina. Robin is an infant and can't really judge her for her mistakes, while Regina gets it and gets the struggle. Plus, Regina isn't as judgy as Henry and the Charmings. So it's not like Zelena really has that hanging over her. Bottom line is, Regina has more people in her ear telling her to be good. Zelena doesn't. Therefore Zelena just does what she wants in hopes that its perceived as heroic. She also doesn't have some pre-teen brat telling her "don't use dark magic". Lol

Ahh after reading ur explanation i agree

Regina has every1 mumbling to her to not turn dark again while every1 else just accepted zelena the way she is

Ugh , i wanted to kill myself ( exaggerating ) , his acting is just not there , and his stuck with ouat as long as he can cuz he has ntg to do and with him gone it will be a huge mess for regina/emma
