Hold It Against Me is "flopping" (

) in the UK for 2 main reasons. First one is the fact that it was released A WEEK after it was released worldwide. Like I said, its purchasers have illegally downloaded the song thus there is no use in downloading it again on iTunes. The second reason is that Britney's fans THOUGHT it was being released in February, this sudden change in its release date is a FLOP decision and HIAM is facing the consequences as we speak.
@whoever said JIVE is looking at the bigger picture, uhm, what? They're major ****ups. They actually thought it was going to shoot to #1 everywhere in the UK, one of Britney's least supporting markets. Da ****?
Their old plan of releasing it in February would've worked much better. The video and already existing airplay would have helped then song big time, but they looked at its success around the globe and their vaginas overheated and the just HAD to release it.
