Nnn, even tho Rowlett is the grass starter I oddly never really thot of it as a grass type (ie: having access to some of the best utility moves), if that makes sense
. It looks like it'll be a sweeper, so a fast, accurate sleep powder/grass whistle would be amazing, especially since it's final evo looks like it could learn some boosting moves. I think compoundeyes+91% accuracy sleep powder would be better for it than 100% accuracy under No Guard, since with THAT typing he'll need all the Stone Miss/Fire Blast/Hurricane/rare Blizzard misses he can get.
