Like I've said many times before, what's the point of continuing promoting an album that has left the US (and probably WW) top50 ?

And what's the point of pretending to care about the album, but at the same time avoiding all the big promotions like the Grammy and Brits Awards ?

I can't even be mad at her anymore for not performing the third single. She literally delivered her best performance in the last three years last night
and quite possibly one of her best. I mean, she served with her looks, the band, the arrangement and set up, and my god her vocals were some of the best i've heard from her in a loooong time. The
performance was literally magical.
But of course every other fanbase must go and ruin it by shading and trashing the song and albums itunes positions.

While I'm hyped and hopeful for G.U.Y being released along with an epic video (and selling ok + helping the album just a little bit), I really cannot agree more.

This whole thing that started in October with replacing Venus with DWUW (a good choice though) and everything that came after is a huge mess. Huge.

I, honestly, can't believe it how the fans are being left alone while pretending she cares by posting often ridiculous stuff on LM. Just throw us a bone. We've got nothing for months and months now and we were promised to have it all. And it's not the end of the world, sometimes things just fall apart, but when they do, she should really brush it off and give the fans a proper explanation. Not only we don't have anything regarding the music, but she also refused to say what's going on. And no, the mess of a message about DWUW video is not an explanation.

This is not a meltdown.I'm just stating facts.

Still loving ARTPOP, the album. It's her best, at least for me.

stop saying you do everything for the fans and care about them when you dont do ****, monsters are all she has left, they are the ones that are still talking artpop while the rest of the GP has moved on (check the embarrassing iTunes bump she got yesterday). They are the ones tuning in so giving us a performance of a song we have seen several times isn't going to energize the base nor will it makes us believe the era is going to get a proper treatment now since we are 4 months in since the last single was announced. 4 freaking months

That is possible. But at the same time, it's not very pro of her to have a meltdown over switching singles and refusing to co operate (if and only IF thats the case - I do not know it and I'm just speculating) and promote the album.

As I've said earlier - Interscope and Gaga herself are responsible for the current AWFUL state of the ARTPOP era. The album did not deserve this.

It sold well at the start and had the potential to become quite big, definitely bigger than it is.

At this point, I'm holding on to her words that the real ARTPOP era is about to start, but it will not be an era for the GP, they have already moved on.
