Has to Be really should have been the album closer on every version of God of Light.
I place Has To Be after Nothing Really Matters. It just feels right to me. It's a pensive, quiet moment after Nothing Really Matters and a great end to 'Act One' of the album. The first song is Drowned World (Substitute For Love), and that's book-ended by the message of Nothing Really Matters, and after that she sits down and reflects on what's missing in her life now that she knows what life should really be about. It's a palate cleanser and then Sky Fits Heaven winds up 'Act Two'.
