They did an incredible job for the first episode. Their are once again plenty of possibilities, was it incredible, no. I don't think so, but did I expect any more or any less? No. It was a great beginning. Their accents are great, hopefully it goes into much more depth, of their own personal struggles with being a 'freak' I know it's a horror show, but I kind've think the 'freaks' shouldn't of been killers, maybe they could've locked up the people that called them freaks, but otherwise it just furthers their names as 'monsters' if they go on killing people, how are we supposed to justify that element of it. I think they should've locked the people up that, abuse them, and maybe still secretly feed them, and then Elsa finds out or something, and hypnotizes them to forget. I don't know, I think it was a good start, and once again Jessica, Sarah, and Evan did incredible jobs, Kathy Bates under performed imo, but she hasn't been given much of a spotlight to really shine through yet. The preview for whats to come, looks great also. I can't wait to see Angela's character. It was a little tame actually, I didn't feel uncomfortable whilst watching it with my mum, like I thought I would. The clown was somewhat creepy, but scary no. The first 10/20 minutes are shot really beautifully, and had a great beginning, and made you super excited for what was to come. I can't wait to see the characters develop, Bette and Dot are cute, I thought it was really adorable how they had their own journals. I think overall it was a little tame, but quite intriguing.
