I was just randomly going around Mistralton Cave( for 4 days straight with 100+ random encounters) then an axew with that color appeared with the purple sparkles all around it, so I knew at that point it was a shiny

I thought the only one condition that helps raising Thunder is raining weather (Rain Dance move)
