Yeah I really didn't understand ASFOS' remix.

But it's definitely understandable for TMTC. That song is totally alienating to many pop radio listeners (think teenage girls).

Take Me to Church is a good song in itself, but the remix makes it more accessable to a larger audience. That's the truth whether you're here for a remix or not.

I happen to love the remix.
It's the ONLY version my local station, HOT 89.9 will play. Taking their tea from Z100 I see.
I believe if the label caves in an releases the remix too all stations and iTunes, it will blow up. I can definitely see both versions in the iTunes top 10 at the same time. It will be different audiences buying the different versions.

I'm very interested to see what happens with this. The fact Z100 is pushing it hard makes me think the label might be in on it, observing how that market reacts to it.
