I'm pretty sure that among democrats 45+, Bernie has a lower favorability rating than Hillary. It's only gone down from there since he's been attacking her.

The one thing I hate about the waiting is that it's only going to fuel the Bernsters' pride if Bernie takes a good amount of delegates from Wisconsin and wins Wyoming on the 9th since it's a caucus. It'll make them even more like "WE STILL HAVE A CHANCE! THE REVOLUSHON IS GROWING!!111!!!1!"

It'll be that much sweeter seeing their hopes get crushed when Hillary wins New York, though, and that would be worth two weeks of annoying Bern pride.

If Hillary becomes the presumptive nominee after April 26, will that change the way later primaries play out? It'll be a bit weird people turning out to vote for Bernie when they know he's lost already lol.

To be honest, campaigning should start January of the year prior to election year and primaries should all occur by March 1st so that the candidates can work towards the general election.

I don't think it will. Bernie will stay in it, even though everyone will know she will be the nominee. He's the type to go on until the end (like she did in 2008). His supporters will continue to donate all of there empty college funds to him...
