The bended knee was also to protect Neuer from someone hurting his internal organs when jumping and a leg up is done so when he jumps, he jumps higher, it's a natural movement for GKs and the unfortunate receiver of the impact was Higuain's head because of him rushing to the ball. This is not even worth discussing considering your lack of knowledge. The most possible ref decision in favor of Argentina is a throw in for them, not a pen or a red card or a free kick. Lemme say bye at ya.

Higuain didnt commit a foul by running into Neuer - Higuain couldnt realize that he will not be able to get the ball before Neuer, because from the re-plays its clear that he looked in the oposite direction and wasnt most probably even aware that Neuer left his place to go after the ball.
Im not claiming that Neuer wanted to hurt Higuain with his bended knee (intention makes the difference between dangerous play and foul). Im just saying that his action endangered him. GKs have special status and referees tend to decide in their favor, but its not like they cant be punished for dangerous play, they can. And the punishment for it is usually a free kick.
We are only fans, but there are people who understand the rules like for example retired players or referees who often work as commentators now, and many of them questioned the referees decision (especially after seeing the re-plays, which the referee cant look at before making his decision).
But yeah, keep living in your small bubble where you are always right and everyone else just doesnt know what he talks about
Bye.
