Doesn't matter, since he's not eligible to chart. From OCC:

Owing to chart rules which are agreed in partnership with UK record companies and retailers, data relating to the David Bowie single Where Are We Now? cannot be counted towards the singles charts, as the release is linked to an album pre-order promotion and it is not possible to distinguish album sales from track sales from the data received. Should it become possible in the future for regular track sales to be distinguished from album pre-order incentive purchases, then these sales can be counted towards the chart.

The UK #1 (knock on wood) wouldn't count for the update on Friday for the WW chart anyway. Not until next week's. We shall see though!!!

I know, I read y'all post, I'm just saying that even if they changed the rule when they announce the chart a la Billboard with The Eagles, it my not matter if SnS retakes the lead. Initial impressions and bday press are fading.
