No, she's quite willing to ditch them in the elevator actually. Watch carefully. None of them can leave the elevator without the bodyguard (naturally - this is why they have body guards). So Bey is totally focused on the actions of the body guard. Once he leaves the elevator the first time, she immediately follows.
Jay actually touches Solange first, whether it be because he's anticipating her attack or whether he's uttering some sort of quiet threat - we'll never know. The action sets her off wildly and the second he touches her she attacks him again. Then the body guard bolts in to break it up and Beyonce is again, attached to his side. Her focus is entirely on the body guard. She even grabs his arm - NOT Solange, not Jay, she grabs the bodyguard. She's not putting up her arms to stop their fight, she's making sure she doesn't get trapped outside the elevator. Which is a pretty scary situation for a celeb, being stuck in a hallway alone when anyone can approach and recognizes who you are.
Obviously, none of the celebs can leave the elevator without the body guard, but if Bey is first, Jay/Solange are stuck together. So she blocks Solange so she can't go after him, clearing a path for Jay and the body guard to go. Then there's words exchanged, probably Beyonce saying "no it's ok Jay, you have to leave first, we'll follow". She even points towards the exit as she's speaking. She's totally focused on just getting to the cars. Keep in mind that being a body guard isn't random, they have an order which they follow or it would be a mess. I suspect Beyonce is "top priority" and generally remains closest to the body guard unless otherwise stated. She seems to be extremely confident that Solange won't hit her. Bey is totally focused on getting out of the damn elevator. That doesn't mean she's condoning Solange's actions at all or picking a side. She's just the only one with a cool enough head to organize the elevator departure.
Bey is pissed as **** I bet, and just wants to get home so she can tear into them. Keep in mind that the body guard doesn't need to know their dirty business. Her main goal is getting HOME, that's why she's not reacting or really interfering. She just wants out of that building. There's a TIME and a PLACE for confrontation.

All this extrapolation.
I
already broke this video down WITHOUT assumptions and inferences.
At this last segment that you're talking about at 3:00, Jay and Bey appear to be talking about something. What? Who knows, no one knows, not you not I, and we're not going to infer. Julius holds Solange back and then walks out first. Beyoncé and Jay BOTH approach the exit, but then Jay falls back for whatever reason. Again, neither you nor I can say why, and we certainly cannot make this assumption that Bey "quite willingly ditches"
The second Bey steps out, Solange raises her hand and points her finger in Jay's face. Jay pushes her arm out of his face, which sets Solange off again. So yes, while Jay did touch her first, she clearly started that particular physical aggression. Bey and Julius quickly walk back in between the two. Beyoncé pushes her arms outwards in both directions, pushing Solange to one side and Julius (who is holding back Jay) to the other. Where you're getting that she is "only focused on the bodyguard", I don't know, but we simply cannot infer that from the video.
Bey then stands right in front of Solange, keeping her back, while she has a conversation with Jay again. Once more, neither you nor I can say what she was saying to Jay. It's ridiculous to even attempt to like you did.
We also cannot say that she is pointing towards the exit, when she is holding a purse and has her hand up the entire exchange. For all we know she's talking with her hands. Again, we simply cannot assume these things. The bodyguard pulls Jay out the elevator, Bey is the next closest person to the exist so she leaves, and then Solange follows.
That's literally ALL you can get from the video. Everything else is baseless and unsubstantiated.
Now take off your detective hat and chill, sis.
