Yeah, no. She had no business going into Libya, a sovereign country whose people didn't even want a democracy in the first place. (it was the richest country in Africa at the time too, thanks Hillary)
The intelligence community gathered no specific evidence of an impending genocide in Libya in spring 2011, undercutting Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s primary argument for using the U.S. military to remove Col. Moammar Gadhafi from power, an event that has left his country in chaos, according to officials with direct knowledge of the dispute.
Defense officials, speaking in detail for the first time about their assessments of the Libyan civil war four years ago, told The Washington Times that Mrs. Clinton’s strong advocacy for intervention against the Libyan regime rested more on speculative arguments of what might happen to civilians than on facts reported from the ground.
Hillary was WRONG in this instance! But the consequences were so devastating she's lucky American are generally ignorant about Africa (and really the Middle East and everywhere not US and Europe).
The emails released by Wikileaks do not appear to confirm whether Qatar gave the promised $1 million, although the foundation's website lists the State of Qatar as having given at least that amount. There is no date listed for the donation. A spokesman for the foundation declined to confirm the donation.
The leaks say a donation happened, but they don't know for how much, or even what date it happened on, or even if it happened during the period when Hillary was SoS.
I think that was our media projecting the terrorist celebrating.
Cause what about the millions of Libyan who came out in his support in Tripoli? Which our media suppressed btw.
Girl, that doesn't prove anything. The Arab spring was the people's doing.
America was looking out for its interests by siding with the rebels so that whatever government takes place there is sympathetic to us. Before that, they were sympathetic with Gaddaffi. Believe me, he was the worst. He was worth in the 12 digits which is insane considering his people were in poverty. The worst kind of dictator.

The media def created a false narrative w the whole Arab Spring nonsense. Tons of Libyans loved Gadaffi. And his authoritarian style worked. Not everyone needs a democracy.
