The thing with Unconditionally is that Dark Horse was desperately waiting for a release, but since Katy loves Unconditionally so much & wanted it to be a single, it was put on hold. Even though DH remained in the Top 25 of iTunes.

Uncle released as the 3rd single after Roar and DH had both calmed down would've been better.
