When You're Gone isn't a flop. It's at #4in the UK now (on the midweek chart) ! May be it's a flop in the US (but too soon to say it now) but not flop overall. Same as Nobody's Home !
Kelly outsold Avril in her 1st week in the US but i don't think she can outsell Avril in WW in her 1st week. That's true
thirdly, Avril hasn't had Grammy yet. But she's had any Grammy yet but she was nominated for 8 Grammy Awards and include Song Of The Year which is 3 smash hits in Breakaway wasn't nominated !!
