I knew it! Salt won't be able to trample Inception on its 2nd week!
Haven't seen Inception, but I saw Salt and the movie was amaazzzziiinnnnnggggg. Inception may still be ahead at the end of this week, but I think it and Salt will still dominate the box office...and hopefully people who saw Inception will try out Salt, and people like me who saw Salt will see it again and again and again to give Salt the #1.
Yes, but the majority of movies are released at the same time now in both markets. It depends on the film. For some reason, Pixar have a tendency to release in the UK after the US release. Generally speaking blockbusters are released at the same time, otherwise they will lose revenue to piracy. There's sometimes the rare occasion when we get a movie before the US.
